Cancellation Policy

All our clients are important to us, so we reserve appointment time for bookings and also keep a waiting list. We understand that sometimes rescheduling adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving us notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 24 HOURS NOTICE All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before your appointment time to waive any charge. 50% FEE Cancellations within 8 hours notice will receive a 50% charge of the total appointment fee. NO SHOWS “No shows” appointments will be charged in full.
